January 2024- The Germantown Municipal School District celebrates the outstanding achievements of its student musicians and dedicated band directors at the recent All-West auditions, with Houston High School leading in placements across various orchestras and ensembles, showcasing the district's commitment to musical excellence.

January 2024 - Meet Sutherlynn, an 8th grader at Riverdale who is already becoming a young pillar of her community. From raising thousands by making bracelets to volunteering with the local FedEx Family House, she exemplifies community service.

January 2024- Applications are open for the Houston High School Honors and Leadership Academies, offering rising 9th-11th graders a chance to join specialized cohorts with rigorous academics, leadership development, and a focus on community service.

As a Level One National Arboretum, Riverdale values and celebrates our glorious trees. We hope that our community will take notice of them and share thoughtful recognition of how important they are to our community. We have loved creating this environmentally safe art installation for the enjoyment of our students and our community.

Riverdale hosted its annual Camp Read and Add S'more event this past Friday. The event is a delightful fusion of math, reading, and community spirit. This cherished tradition encourages students to explore the world of learning in a fun and interactive way. With engaging activities and the support of our amazing teachers and PTO, it's an event students, teachers, and parents eagerly anticipate.

October 2023 - Riverdale Raiders in Mr. Schmitt’s Multimedia and Design class got to show off their creative skills in how they would execute a 3d printing project that incorporated a pencil. Students presented their designs to a panel of judges, and the top three designs were selected.
