Today, Riverdale officially declared August 30, 2021, as John Frizzell Day! Mr. John Frizzell is one of nine finalists for Tennessee's Teacher of the Year Award, and we could not be prouder! Mrs. Pam White organized a surprise celebration for him this morning. The faculty and staff honored Mr. Frizzell by dressing like him. Many were able to help us recognize and celebrate Riverdale's amazing teacher, including district office staff, parents, family, and students. Riverdale knows how lucky we are to have Mr. Frizzell and are glad that his greatness has been recognized by the State of TN too. Mr. Frizzell, good luck tomorrow! Riverdale loves you!
